Abstract In exercise of the powers conferred by section 69 of the Land Acquisition Act 1960 [Act 486] as modified by the Federal Territory (Modification of Land Acquisition Act, 1960) Order 1974 [P.U. (A) 81/1974], Federal Territory of Putrajaya (Modification of Land Acquisition Act 1960) Order 2002 [P.U. (A) 200/2002] and Federal Territory of Labuan (Extension and Modification of Land Acquisition Act) Order 2009 [P.U. (A) 455/2009], the Minister, with the approval of the National Land Council, makes the following rules. These rules, consisting of 13 sections divided into three Parts and completed by two Schedules, define the requirements for the acquisition of any land under paragraph 3(l)(b) or (c) of the Act which shall be made by the applicant to the Land Administrator in Form 1 of the First Schedule.
