Abstract This Act amends the definition of public purpose, as land use for the purposes of public safety, public order, public morality, public health, and town and country planning. 5A Stop work notice, 5B Storing and disposal of matters seized under section 5A, and 5C Forfeiture of seized substances and goods and duties to dispose are inserted after Section 5. Moreover, this Act amends Section 12 regarding legal proceedings, Section 14 regarding liabilities and compensation and Section 16 regarding registration of land leases.
