Abstract Section 2 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that there shall be a Board, to be known as “The Lake of the Woods Control Board”. It shall be the duty of the Board to secure severally and at all times the most dependable flow and the most advantageous and beneficial use of the waters of the Winnipeg river and of the English river.
