Abstract

These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred to the Minister responsible fro Manpower, Youth and Employment by section 174 of the Labour Act, 2003. They are made of seven sections regulating the employment agencies, the conditions of employment, the organized labour, the employment of persons with disabilities, the relation between health and employment, the restrictions on recruitment. Miscellaneous provisions covering offences, revocations and transitional provisions terminate the text.
