Abstract

Kızılkuyu Wildlife Reserve Monitoring Program was prepared by Nature Conservation Centre within the scope of the Conservation and Sustainable Management of Turkey’s Steppe Ecosystems Project which is carried out collaboratively by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry General Directorate of Nature Conservation and National Parks, General Directorate of Plant Production, and General Directorate of Forestry with the financial support of the Global Environment Facility. The main purpose of the monitoring program created for the Kızılkuyu Wild Reserve is to contribute to the conservation of the steppe ecosystem and the sustainable use of natural resources by ensuring that it is monitored as a whole in terms of the environmental, biodiversity, socio-economic and management efficiency.
