Abstract

This Proclamation provides for the ratification of the Kyoto Protocol to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and authorizes the Environmental Protection Authority to take, in cooperation with the appropriate Federal, Regional and City Administration Government organs, actions necessary to implement the Protocol.
