Abstract This Act makes amendments in the Principal Act regarding the purpose of the Act in Section 1; definitions in Section 2; licensing obligation for all persons engaged in commercial fishing in the territorial waters of the State, prohibition of fishing without license, seperate licensing for different fishing activities, licensing procedures, and fees for commercial and non-commercial fishing licenses in Section 3; fish sales in Section 4; prohibited activities in Section 5; and penalties in Section 6 for the violation of any provision of this Act.
