Abstract

The New Zealand Kiwifruit Marketing Board established by the Kiwifruit Marketing Regulations 1977 must prepare a restructuring plan that must contain a share allocation plan for a specified company and contain a constitution of the company that complies with the requirements of this Act and any regulations made under this Act. The Minister must approve the restructuring plan or a revised restructuring plan. The Board shall be converted into a company. The Minister may regulate the exportation of kiwi fruit under Part 2 and with respect to the new company.
