Abstract

These Regulations provide rules for the management and operation of slaughterhouses in the Corporate Area of the Kingston and St. Andrew Corporation. Rules concern, among other things, the keeping of animals, slaughtering of animals, the storage of carcasses and meat and entry into slaughterhouses.
