Abstract

These Regulations provide rules for the licensing of shops for the sale of fresh meat, fresh fish or vegetables in the Corporate Area of the Kingston and St. Andrew Corporation. Licences shall be granted by the Council of the Corporation in the form as set out in the Schedule. An inspector may from time to time by notice in writing, give to a licensee such instructions as he may deem necessary to ensure that the shop is kept in a satisfactory condition.
