Abstract

This Order places restrictions on the keeping of animals in the area of the Kingston and St. Andrew Corporation. The Order requires a licence to be obtained for the keeping of animals in a restricted area and prohibits the keeping of specified animals in a prohibited area as specified in the First Schedule. A register of licences shall be kept by the competent authority. Specified animals seized in a prohibit area shall be impounded and returned to the owner or sold in accordance with this Order.
