Abstract "Forest" includes all types of vegetation naturally growing or planted and includes grass and plants. It shall be the duty of every resident of the area to report on any forest fire outbreak to the nearest authorized offices and to fight and extinguish fires when called by such officer or another resident. Penalties are prescribed for persons starting a fire or who wilfully refuse or neglect to extinguish a forest fire. (6 by-laws) Full text English
