Abstract

These By-laws of the Kaoma District Council specify levies on any fish caught and sold within or exported from the Kaoma District. A person shall not sell fish in or export from the area in respect of which no levy has been paid. The fish levy shall become payable as soon as fish has been weighed at a check-point. The collector shall immediately issue a receipt upon payment of levy. (6 by-laws)
