Until such Board is established, the Commissioner of Lands shall manage the park. Section 3 foresees in the appointment of rangers. No person shall hunt or collect flora or carry out any other activities within the park except in accordance with Regulations made under this Act. The Minister may make rules for the carrying into effect of purposes of this Act. Powers of rangers are described in section 6.
