Types of joint venture projects are set out in the Part 1 of the Schedule to this Act. These may relate to water supply, treatment and distribution systems and agriculture and irrigation development. Types of joint venture agreements are set out in part 2 of the Schedule. There is established for the purpose of this Act a Joint Venture Unit within the Ministry responsible for finance.
