Abstract

This Regulation establishes the modalities of the state registration of ethyl alcohol, spirits and spirit-containing products for alimentary use destined for internal trade. Only the commodities (either home-produced or imported) that have passed the state registration and provided with registration certificate are authorized for internal trade. The purpose of the state registration is the protection of public health and consumers' rights and forwarding of information to all bodies concerned, including the State Tax Service. The Regulation consists of 5 Sections. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 establishes the modalities of the state registration of the industrial output and trade of spirits and spirit-containing products. Section 3 establishes the Regulation on keeping of the Federal Register of spirits and spirit-containing products. Section 4 deals with the quality control of spirits and spirit-containing products that have passed the state registration and provided with registration certificate. Section 5 regards financing of the expertise and registration of spirits and spirit-containing products.
