Abstract

This Joint Regulation stipulates that state registration of enterprises has the purpose of removing obstacles to the export of national dairy products to European Union member countries. Registration shall be effected by the State Sanitary Supervision Service, by agreement with the Veterinary Department of the Ministry of Agriculture. State registration shall include: (a) quality control of products by the state sanitary and veterinary supervision bodies; (b) certification of products and packaging; (c) registration of enterprise; and (d) issuance of export authorizations.
