Abstract

This Ordinance enacts the ruling of the 3rd session of Intergovernmental Council for standardization, Metrology and Certification of 1993 regarding the setting up of Intergovernmental Technical Committee (ITC) for standardization of alcohol, yeast, liqueur and vodka products. This technical committee is divided in 4 branches: 1) alcohol, yeast, liqueur and vodka products (except for ethyl alcohol made out of wine, fruit and cognac); 2) spirits and spirit containing products; 3) vodka and liquors; 4) by-products of alcohol-processing and food additives. The document contains the list of organizations that make part of this technical committee.
