Abstract: Acting Minister and President of the Committee order to envisage in the contents of investment programs arrangements for ecological recovery of enterprises and organizations in the process of trade of joint-stock companies of the open type set up in the process of transformation of state (municipal) enterprises, organizations considered hazardous from ecological point of view in case of sale of the aforesaid enterprises and organizations at investment auctions or commercial tenders. In such cases investment share destined for the realization of environmental protection arrangements amounts to 5-20 percent of the total amount of investment. Acting Minister and President of the Committee order to validate the list of enterprises and organizations hazardous from ecological point of view which must be privatized with the consideration of ecological factor and possibility of their ecological recovery.
