Abstract

This Joint Order establishes the procedure for separation and disposal of sewage water by natural persons, business entities and organizations. Disposal of sewage water must be authorized by water authority. Groundwater aquifers levels must be protected with a view of preventing leakage of rain water and drainage of waste water. Plan for discharge of more than 5 cubic meters per day of waste water shall be developed. 70-80% of waste water of the total volume of effluent waste water shall be disinfected by the authorized business entity. Discharge of effluent waste water shall be regulated by contract with licensed business entities and organizations. It shall be prohibited to throw heavy or solid waste into sewerage system.
