Abstract

The scope of this Regulation shall be to ensure air quality improvement. Natural persons, business entities and organizations must comply with the following requirements in order to improve air quality: (a) use advanced products and good practices meeting environmental standards; (b) use additional insulation in order to reduce heat dispersion; (c) business entities and organizations manufacturing and using heating boilers must install air pollution abatement equipment; (d) use only improved stoves for household and industrial facilities; (e) to use only improved types of fuel; (f) to use only technology, machinery and equipment meeting air quality standards; and (g) non to use air pollution sources without prior consent of the professional air quality control expert.
