This Order enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Order establishes the modalities of inter-departmental interaction in the process of extinguishing forest fires between fire department of the State Committee of Forest Resources and fire and rescue units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. State enterprises and establishments subordinated to the State Committee of Forest Resources shall control the compliance with the requirements of fire safety in forests that are in their permanent use, implementation of measures to increase the fire resistance of forest areas, prevent the outbreak and spreading of forest fires and their extinguishment. Fire and rescue units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations shall be called for the extinguishment of forest fires in accordance with the procedure established by the Instructions on the procedure for interaction between the units of the Service and enterprises, the timetable for the departure of the fire and rescue units, as well as in the manner prescribed by the mobilization and operational plans for the elimination of forest fires.
