This Joint Order enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Joint Order, consisting of 15 articles divided into five Chapters, establishes the transfer of the wastewater drainage infrastructures of the Municipality of Sal. These infrastructures aim to explore and manage the Municipal Wastewater Sanitation System services in its geographical delimitation, under Legislative Decree No. 3/2015 of 19 October approving the Water and Sanitation Code. The services assumed by the Municipality of Sal are responsible for the management and operation of wastewater drainage infrastructures including the collection, transport and treatment of wastewater and its reuse in the Municipality of Sal. This Order is divided as follows: Wastewater Sanitation Services in the Municipality of Sal (Chap. II); Concession to the Águas de Ponta Preta (APP) of Wastewater Sanitation Services (Chap. III); Regulation of services (Chap. IV); Final Provisions (Chap. V).
