The POOC-M intervention area comprises the entire Island of São Vicente, integrating a land area and the adjacent maritime zone. The referred land area may be reduced upon justification, and in no case may it be less than 500 meters. In the Integral Tourist Development Zones (ZDTI) and legally delimited port areas, which are not fully included in the POOC-M land zone, the POOC-M intervention area is adjusted so as to be able to fully include the ZDTI.
