Abstract

The present Regulation establishes the modalities of special use of aquatic living resources of the basic importance (except for species recorded in the Red Book) by the enterprises, institutions and organizations irrespectively of the form of property, and by the Ukrainian nationals in the fishing water bodies including internal sea, EEZ and the continental shelf.
