Joint Order No. 323/242/399 validating the Regulation on the evaluation of damage caused by wild hoofed animals to agricultural crops and forest species and also of the protection thereof against damage caused to agricultural crops and forest species by the aforesaid animals issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, by the Forest Ministry and by the Ministry of Environmental Protection.

The Regulation consists of 7 Sections dealing with the following matters: 1) the sphere of application (sect. 1); 2) normative references (sect. 2); 3) terms and definitions (sect. 3); 4) general provisions (sect. 4); 5) evaluation of damage caused to agricultural crops by wild hoofed animals (sect. 5); 6) ) evaluation of damage caused to forest species by wild hoofed animals (sect. 6); 7) recommended arrangements for the prevention of damage (sect. 7).
