Joint Order No. 323 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and No. 445 of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy validating the Regulation on geophysical exploration and management of oil wells and gas wells.

This Joint Order shall ensure state regulation of geophysical exploration and management of oil wells and gas wells, rational management and protection of subsoil. It regulates types, amount, stages and modalities of projecting, organization, carrying out, supervision over and management of the results of geophysical exploration of oil wells and gas wells.
