Abstract

The present Regulation shall be applicable to enterprises and organizations of all forms of ownership that carry out the arrangements for stock enhancement of living aquatic resources in the inland water bodies and the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea water basins, and also to fishing enterprises, spawning and fish farming enterprises, industrial fish breeding enterprises, fish hatchery enterprises, amelioration stations and ichtyopathological laboratory. Arrangements of stock enhancement of living aquatic resources shall include release of marketable fishes, fish amelioration, hydro-technical work, acclimatization of fishes and anti-epizootic arrangements. The chief distributor of subsidies set in the form of special fund within state budget shall be the Ministry of Agrarian Policy that shall distribute them among the executors of the aforesaid arrangements. The stock enhancement arrangements regard release of freshwater fishes, diadromous fishes and marine fishes.
