Abstract

The present Instruction regulates the types, the amount, the stages and the modalities of projecting, organization, carrying out, control and use of the results of geophysical research and work in oil and gas wells for the purpose of the implementation of the main provisions of the Federal Law “On underground resources” as regards the completeness of geological study, rational use and protection of subsoil. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 specifies the tasks resolved with the help of geophysical research and work in oil and gas wells at various stages of geological study and use of subsoil. Section 3 regards complex geophysical research and work in oil and gas wells for the solution of geological and technical tasks and the main requirements applicable to them. Section 4 regards ensuring carrying out geophysical research and works in oil and gas wells. Section 5 regards regulation of geophysical research and work in oil and gas wells by federal bodies and regional executive bodies.
