Abstract This Joint Order, consisting of 10 Chapters, establishes standards for poultry farming in the state of Mato Grosso, in relation to premises, accommodation, health, agglomerations, registration, certification, transit, transport of manure, poultry litter and hatchery and slaughterhouse waste. This Order classify exploitable poultry species based on the List of IBAMA related to domestic wildlife, according to IBAMA Order No. 93 of 7 July 1998 and IBAMA Order No. 36 of 15 March 2002.
