This Joint Norm enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Joint Norm approves the Operating Manual of the Rural Environmental Registry (CAR) within the State of Santa Catarina. This Operating Manual, consisting of 9 Chapters, aims at establishing the procedures to be adopted for the description, identification, recording, analysis and demonstration of environmental information on rural properties and land ownership in the Rural Environmental Registry (CAR) of the State of Santa Catarina, as well as the availability and integration of data in the Rural Environmental Registry System (SICAR).
