This Ministerial Decree enters into force a day after the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This resolution, regarding the pricing and storing of corn maize, is composed of 7 articles. Article one states that the General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC) is the relevant authority for the supply of locally produced corn maize of the season 2012/2013. Article 2 specifies that the distributed corn should be clean from insects and fungal infections with a minimum degree of cleanliness of 22.5 carats and a maximum humidity degree of 14%. The Decree determines the purchase price of corn maize and creates committees for the sorting and storage sites.
