Abstract This Joint Executive Decree, consisting of 9 articles and 1 Annnex, regulates the concession areas for the promotion of ecotourism in protected areas of Angola. It aims at the safeguard the environmental assets, including the Angolan culture, in light of minimizing the negative impacts of the activity and regulating the protected areas, the areas susceptible to exploitation, activities that can be developed by investors through concession within these spaces, skills and the terms of reference for expressions of interest.
