Abstract This Joint Executive Decree, consisting of 6 Chapters, creates and approves the Statute of the Water and Sanitation Agency of Malanje Region (EASM-E.P.). This Agency aims at managing and exploiting public systems of water supply, waste water sanitation within the Province of Malanje.
