Entry into force notes
This Joint Decree enters into force on 23 August 2010.
Abstract

This Joint Decree establishes that the country of origin of commodities shall be considered the country where the commodities have beeen produced or processed to a sufficient degree. The following commodities shall be considered completely produced in a given country: (a) mineral extracted within state boundaries, territorial sea and EEZ; (b) plants cultivated or harvested on the national territory; (c) live animals born of bred on the national territory; (d) products of vegetable origin produced from plants cultivated or harvested on the national territory; and (e) wild animal products and marine fish products. Product origin shal be confirmed by certificate issued by the authorized body in accordance with the form validated by the exporting country.
