Joint Decree No. 28/10 of the Ministry of Public Health and of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food validating Sanitary and Veterinary Instruction on prophylaxis and combating infectious diseases common to animals and human beings – rabies.

This Joint Decree shall be mandatory for all state executive bodies, institutions, organizations, enterprises, economic entities, social associations, officials and citizens on the whole national territory.
