Abstract

All the alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs processed therefrom on the national origin must comply with the national food safety standards MBT and RDU-92. The present requirement shall be compulsory for all processing enterprises irrespectively of the form of property. The safety of alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs shall be ensured by the systems of departmental food quality and safety control. All the standards, technical conditions and formulas regarding food quality and safety indices, the amendments and addenda thereto, must be coordinated with the Ministry of Public Health.
