Joint Decree No. 01-02/8-6 of the State Customs Committee, No. 52 of the Ministry of Economy, No. NN-01/10-1088 of the Agency on External Economic Ties and No. 2005-31 of the State Tax Committee validating the Regulation on import of unprocessed tea leaves.

This Joint Decree establishes that import of unprocessed tea leaves shall be carried out exclusively by legal persons having fillers to the amount corresponding to processing capacity. It shall be applicable to tea leaves used as raw material for further processing and packaging.
