This Joint Decision enters into force immediately.
Abstract

This Joint Decision, consisting of 13 articles and four Annexes, regulates access conditions to fishery resources in waters under the sovereignty and/or jurisdiction of the Republic of Guinea Bissau by national and foreign artisanal fishing vessels and by companies or commercial companies operating with their own vessels. In addition, is conditioned to the prior obtaining of a artisanal fishing licence issued by the competent authorities, setting the respective fees and also establishing conservation measures, including the minimum mesh size, prohibited species and prohibited fishing gear and techniques.
