Abstract

This Joint Decision, consisting of 15 articles and four Annexes, regulates the to perform fishing operations in the Exclusive Economic Zone of Guinea-Bissau's jurisdiction by national and foreign fishing vessels operating within the framework of National Societies or Companies. In addition, it establishes the requirements for obtaining a fishing licence, setting the respective fees and providing for the maximum capacity of pelagic fishing vessels, the fisheries resources management fund and related fishing operations.
