This Joint Decision enters into force immediately.
Abstract

This Joint Decision, consisting of 7 articles and 1 Annex, establishes fishing operations as defined in Article 3 of the General Law of Fisheries, may be held in the Exclusive Economic Zone of Guinea Bissau under the following conditions: maximum number of operations: 10 per three-month periods; maximum duration of each operation: 48 hours for the supply of fuel and transhipment of fish; 72 hours for the supply of food and fishing gear and transfer crews, etc.
