This Joint Circular enters into force on 1 January 2012.
Abstract

This Circular lays down procedures for the grant of import licences and the certification of registration for the import, export and temporary import for re-export of ozone layer-depleting substances. Ozone layer-depleting substances are those according to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer and the substances to be managed under this Circular are Hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs). The trade of these substances may be done only with the Parties to the Protocol.
