Abstract

The importation and exportation of goods subjects to quarantine (animal, plant and aquatic products) shall be regulated under this Circular. Goods shall be registered for quarantine and inspections carried out. Quarantine certificates shall be issued afterward as also Custom Dossiers. Violations shall be sanctioned and goods that fail quarantine shall be submitted to coercive provisions. Included in the Circular is a List of the Units appointed for issuing quarantine registration and certificates.
