Abstract

According to the results of risk assessment, cattle semen that meet China's requirements for inspection and quarantine is allowed to be imported from the Schmallenberg disease epidemic area in Italy. The ban on the relevant Italian cattle semen, which was imposed by the General Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection and the Ministry of Agriculture in 2012 in their Joint Announcement No. 67 shall be lifted since the date of this Announcement.
