Abstract

The purpose of this standard is to define the criteria of production methods of the organic agricultural product processed foods. Organic processed foods are defined as agricultural product processed foods produced by methods satisfying the set criteria of the standard (art. 3). Article 4 lists the items and the relevant criteria whereas Article 5 specifies the labelling methods of organic agricultural product processed foods. The attached tables contain detailed provisions concerning food additives.
