Abstract

These Regulations implement provisions of the Jamaica National Heritage Trust Act and require the Jamaica National Heritage Trust to appoint a Tribunal when the Trust institutes a public enquire to be held pursuant to paragraph 2 of the First Schedule of the Act in relation to a proposed declaration of a national monument. The Regulations concern the composition of the Tribunal and set out procedures for hearings and decisions.
