Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to establish a system to prevent, deter and eliminate illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing. The text – consisting of 10 articles – deals with the following aspects: sphere of application, competences, costs, duty to report, penalties and entry into force.
