For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this Regulation expires on 31 October 2022.
Abstract

This Regulation exempt 8 irrigation districts (listed under section 1) from the operation of certain provisions of the Irrigation Act, namely sections 155 to 160. The Regulation adds new requirements to the preparation of the initial seepage control plan and also requirements for subsequent seepage control plans to be prepared by each irrigation district.
