Abstract

These Regulations, made under section 62 of the Irrigation Act, concern licensing pursuant to section 57 of the Act, by an Irrigation Authority of bodies corporate to perform irrigation functions. The Authority may carry out investigations for purpose of determining whether to suspend, revoke, renew or re-instate a licence. An applicant for a licence may appeal in writing to the Minister against any refusal of the Authority to grant a licence.
