Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the limitation of emissions resulting from plants producing iron and steel. At the outset the Ordinance contains a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed. Article 3 establishes that plants producing iron and steel have to be operated in such a way that harmful emissions are kept at a lowest possible level and that threshold values laid down in this article shall not be exceeded. The text consists of 11 articles.
